Terms of Service

All packages are send via Post Office.
The time for packaging + transportation may vary from one country to another, between 7 and 21 days.
We do our best to deliver the packages as soon as possible and in the shortest time possible too.

- please keep in mind that those are handmade products (not machine-made ones) and it is possible to see some small flaws due to the nature of the materials and of other factors too;
- if you want to cancel an order, then please contact us in less than 24 hours, otherwise the package will be shipped;
- returns are accepted but first let us know in the shortest possible time about the nature of motifs; refunds will be made only when the package arrives and the entire costs of transportation are the buyers responsibility;
